Here are some of the songs I have written or co-written and had performed by others. Also poems that I have performed.

I want a man who's a fixer upper. Lyrics were inspired by how one chooses one's mate. The song was performed in Energy Theater, energytheater.org. As producer/director, I created Energy Theater to put mind body and comedy on stage. We did seven shows in four years.
